Run faucets in sinks, showers, tubs.

Check for pest control intrusions and issues

Check all windows and doors are secure

Temperature and Humidity monitoring

Confirm refrigerator(s) are working properly

Check circuit breaker

Confirm security system is working properly

Check hot water heater for visible leaks

Check smoke detectors-replace batteries

Visually check for presence of mold/mildew

Check Garage door openers

Set window coverings as requested

Run dishwasher to prevent seals cracking

Check for AC problems and confirm thermostat is working properly

Open/ close main water valve as instructed
